Collins clubs are ready to begin! Descriptions, dates, and times for clubs that have fall sessions or are full year clubs can be found on the Collins Website in the Clubs section. If your student is interested in a club, please fill out the form, linked here Club Interest Form
This form can be translated into your preferred language by right clicking on it and selecting the translate option.
Be sure to read all club descriptions carefully and only select from the options that are available for your student’s grade level. You will need to fill out a new form for each club that your student is interested in.
Please note, our clubs have a limited number of openings. Filling out the form does not guarantee acceptance into the club. Club sponsors will provide your student with a letter to let you know if your child has been selected. Most clubs begin within the next few weeks, so make sure to show your interest as soon as possible.
We will also have winter/spring sessions of clubs available. The interest form for winter/spring clubs will be made available in December.
