We are happy to inform you that the Smile Illinois-Mobile Dentists will be returning to Collins again this year. The dental team will be coming on Tuesday, February 21, 2025, to provide exams, teeth cleaning, fluoride treatment, and sealants. Only students who register will be seen by the dentist. Kindergarten, Second and Sixth Grade Students
There is a State of Illinois law which requires all students in kindergarten, second and sixth grade to have a dental examination by May 15 of the school year. The dental exam is to be dated up to 18 months prior to May 15, 2025. Your dentist will be able to provide and complete the form for you to turn in. If you have already turned in a form for the 2024-2025 school year, please disregard.
