| Dear Collins Families,
Our club interest form for spring clubs will be open from 12/1 – 12/10. Our clubs have a limited number of openings so filling out the form does not guarantee acceptance into the club. Club sponsors will provide your student with a letter to let you know if your child has been selected.
For a full description of each club, the meeting days and times, and the club sponsor, please visit our website. If your student is interested in more than one club, you must fill out the interest form again for each additional club your student is interested in.
