The transportation Director with the Village of Schaumburg reached out to us to request our assistance on a Safe Routes to School grant application. The Village is partnering with School District 54 to apply for this grant.
In order to complete the grant application, the Village team would like to gather information from parents regarding your perceptions and comfort with your journey to school. If grant money is awarded, it will be used to do a safety audit which will identify potential pedestrian and bicyclist safety improvements between residential areas and schools, parks, and other community assets.
We would love to get as many parents to give their input as possible. We hope that you will take a moment to fill out the survey provided.
