Once again we are reaching out to our families and asking you to participate in the annual Illinois 5Essentials Survey to provide us with your perspective and help guide our school improvement efforts. Students in grades 4-8th will be asked to take the survey as well. If you do not want your child to participate, please contact me by Friday, February 9th. If you have children at more than one school, you must contact the principal at each school. The parent survey will be available online through March 29th, at survey.5-essentials.org/Illinois.
